Our lift systems of types 2, 4, and 5 are based on a modular construction system with numerous configuration options. This allows customized adjustments to the specific requirements of each vessel type, ensuring the best technical solution for every boat.

Configuration is carried out in close cooperation with our clients and technical team.

All systems are fully assembled and function-tested before shipment. Components are pre-assembled and filled with hydraulic oil for easy and quick installation on the vessel.

Flexible and Safe Tender Handling

Our Rotation Lift System enables flexible and safe handling of tenders for a wide range of boat types. With a modular system, it can be customized to the individual requirements of yacht owners, ensuring a seamless water experience.

The lift systems are divided into different types, based on load capacity, boat size, platform dimensions, and the size and weight of the tender:

Lift Type 1: 350 kg SWL
Lift Type 2: 600 kg SWL
Lift Type 4: 800 / 1.000 kg SWL
Lift Type 5: 1.200 kg SWL‍
Lift Type 7: 1.600 kg SWL

Collision-Free Geometry

The lift system features a unique parallelogram lever arrangement, allowing horizontal-stabilized lowering. This technology reduces the risk of deck collision, making it ideal for wider tenders.

Durable and Versatile

Equipped with corrosion-resistant stainless steel, robust hydraulic components, and optional sensors, the system provides maximum durability and efficiency. Easy control and flexible configuration make the Rotation Lift System the perfect solution for versatile tender handling.

Main components made from high-quality AISI 316L stainless steel, electropolished for maximum corrosion resistance and durability.

Safety Lock

Mechanically secured in the upper position, automatically operated hydraulically.

Hydraulics

Hydraulic unit with synchronized movement (+/- 2% tolerance).

Options

High-precision equalizer control block and sensors for automatic position detection.

Platform Carrier

Height-adjustable and inclinable to avoid gaps and height differences between deck and platform.

Anodes

Zinc or aluminum anodes for corrosion prevention.

Control

Wired control panel and two wireless remotes included.
